The Latino Network of Virginia Baptists is a Christian fellowship supported by Baptist entities throughout Virginia for the purpose of providing training opportunities and resources for Latino congregations and leaders, developing a collaborative force Virginia Baptists to address identified needs of Latino communities, fostering a sense of familia that bridges cultural diversity, and establishing a communication network committed to serving Latino communities.

The Latino Network sponsors several important events each year, including the Pastor/Leader Encuentro or Gathering held in the spring and the Pastor/Families Retreat in the summer.

Regular information in both Spanish and English about the Latino Network, including articles on Latino churches and pastors in Virginia, is published as a quarterly insert in the Religious Herald, the state paper of Virginia Baptists.
