Our Mission at CBFVA is to assist churches and individuals discover and fulfill their God-given mission, and we do that on a lean, efficient and sustainable annual budget of less than $150,000. Churches and individuals all around Virginia have told us “mission” is the most valuable element CBFVA can provide to their congregations and families. It is because of your support, CBFVA is able to provide mission opportunities for churches and individuals across the state of Virginia.
Below you will find a list of ways your undesignated gift directly supports the mission:
- $25.00 equips the Community Mission Trailer for churches to use for weekend projects
- $30.00 allows us to fill and distribute a Mission Book bag for one Latino Student
- $88.00 grants the opportunity for one teenager to attend Mission Madness
- $500.00 contributes to the annual Mission Project (i.e. Mission Box, Mission Books)
- $2,500.00 provides the necessary resources to employ a Mission Intern for one year
- $4,000.00 provides the resources necessary to host the annual Mission on the Move (4 sites)
As free and faithful Baptists, we believe in the tried and true concept that “we can do more together than we can do apart,” and our main focus is to help churches engage in God’s mission both locally and globally.
